• 불쾌한 콘텐츠나 괴롭힘을 발견하면 앱 안의 신고 기능으로 신고할 수 있습니다(채팅 메시지 길게 누르기, 룸·방명록의 ⋯ 버튼).
• 접수된 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토하며, 위반이 확인되면 콘텐츠 삭제·이용 제한 등의 조치를 취합니다.
• 앱을 이용할 수 없는 상황이라면 이메일로도 신고할 수 있습니다.

• 앱에서 직접 삭제: 내 룸 → ≡ 메뉴 → 회원 탈퇴. 확인 즉시 계정 접근을 차단하고 기본 프로필·로그인 정보를 삭제합니다. 사진·룸·아바타·채팅·활동 기록은 순차적으로 삭제하며 통상 24시간 이내, 외부 서비스 지연 등을 포함하여 요청 후 30일 이내 처리합니다.
• 이메일로 요청: 앱을 이용할 수 없는 경우 가입한 이메일 주소로 cs@neuralarcade.ai에 계정 삭제를 요청하면 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
• 계정을 유지하면서 일부 데이터 삭제를 요청하려면 가입한 이메일 주소로 문의처에 삭제할 항목(예: 프로필 사진, 작성 콘텐츠, 검색 기록)을 알려 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리하며, 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 결제·분쟁 기록 등은 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
• 결제·정산·분쟁 기록과 사칭 방지를 위한 과거 사용자명 등 보존 예외는 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
• 회원 탈퇴만으로 스토어 구독이 해지되지는 않습니다. Google Play에서 구독했다면 Play 스토어 → 프로필 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제에서, App Store에서 구독했다면 iPhone 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독에서 별도로 해지해 주세요.

• Reporting: if you find objectionable content or harassment, report it in the app (long-press a chat message, or use the ⋯ button on a room or guestbook entry). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and violating content or users are removed or restricted. You can also report by email.
• Account deletion: in the app, open the ≡ menu → Delete account. Account access is blocked immediately and basic profile and login data are removed. Photos, rooms, avatars, chats and activity data are erased in stages, normally within 24 hours and within 30 days including external-service delays. If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address and we will delete your account after verifying your identity. See the Privacy Policy for retained transaction, settlement, dispute and safety records and reserved former usernames. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions: cancel through Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, depending on where you subscribed.
• Partial data deletion: to keep your account while requesting deletion of specific data, email support from your registered email address and identify the data (for example profile photos, your content or search history). We process requests after verifying your identity. Payment or dispute records subject to legal retention may be excluded.
